The Island Family Suite offers generous space with two rooms, a living area, kitchen, and even a balcony with a jacuzzi—perfect for families. The proximity to both the resort pool and the beach makes it easy for kids to enjoy the water.

The overall place needs some upgrades. the elevators weren't working during my stay and the lawns looked poorly maintained. The dining options were limited and pricey, with slow service and an unexciting menu that left us feeling bored with the food after a few days. The cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown, with dust accumulating in areas like the ceiling fans and surfaces. high chairs were not readily available for families, which seemed an oversight considering the target demographic.

The Island Family Suite provided excellent space for our family with a separate living area and balcony that opened up to the pool, which was perfect for keeping an eye on the kids. The beach area was well-maintained and offered breathtaking views that kept everyone entertained. The kids enjoyed the access to the resort pool, making it easy for us to have fun family bonding time without needing to travel far. Our suite had a fantastic sea view that made our mornings more enjoyable.

The service quality was inconsistent, with delays in receiving requests and a lack of availability of certain items we expected to be readily accessible.

angsana is a beautiful place for family relaxation. the island suite was spacious and perfectly clean. the staff were exceptional, especially with the kids, creating a warm atmosphere. the well-maintained beach was a lovely highlight for our whole family and added to our wonderful experience.
